Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabýval studiem dědičnost DNA sekvencí nacházejích se v buněčném jádře, mitochondriálních DNA sekvencí a plastidových DNA sekvencí u mezidruhových hybridů Silene otites x Silene colpophylla. Cílem práce bylo prokázat hybridní povahu zkoumaných rostlin a otestovat, zda při mezidruhových kříženích v sekci Otites nedochází k některému z méně obvyklých způsobů dědičnosti …moreAbstract:
In my diploma thesis I focused on the study of inheritance of nuclear DNA, chloroplast DNA and mitochondrial DNA in interspecific hybrids of Silene otites x Silene colpophylla. Goals of this work were to prove paternity of the studied plants and to test if there is some unusual type of organelles inheritance (biparental or maternal) in section Otites.
