Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Komparace systémů řešení otázky předlužení jednotlivců ve vybraných zemích“ je porovnat způsob, jakým je řešena situace nadměrně zadlužených občanů ve Francii a v České republice. První kapitola je věnována francouzskému řešení, na něž je v práci kladen větší důraz. Druhá kapitola pojednává o českém řešení problému. Poslední část je pak věnována komparaci obou systémů.
Abstract:
The subject of the diploma thesis „Comparison of the debts in excess of individuals in various countries“ is to compare the ways of treatment of situations of excessively indebted citizens in France and Czech Republic.
