The Possibilities of Conversion Brownfields in a Time of Crisis
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nedostatečně využívaných nemovitostí, tj. brownfields, možnostmi jejich znovuvyužití a přeměny. Obsahem práce je charakteristika typů brownfields, souvisejících problémů a proces revitalizace brownfields. Dále se zabývá vybranými brownfields v okrese Pardubice, jejich současným stavem a možnostmi budoucího využití.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis are brownfields (underused properties), possibilities of their recovery and conversion. The content of the work is a characteristic of types of brownfields, related problems and a process of revitalization. The next part includes information about chosen brownfields in the Pardubice district, their present conditions and possibilities of their future utilization.
