Abstract:

Tématem předložené práce je efektivita motivačních postupů ve společnosti ČEZ, a.s. Práce se zabývá problémem řízení a motivace lidských zdrojů v organizaci a stimulací výkonů jednotlivců. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část.V teoretické části definuji základní pojmy, vybrané motivační teorie a z nich vyplívající motivační strategie, nástroje a odměňování pracovníku. V jejím závěru jsou zkoumanou firmou používané motivační nástroje a postupy. V praktické části se zabývám průzkumem efektivity využití jednotlivých motivačních strategií.Cílem práce je teoretické zpracování vybraných motivačních teorií a strategií s ohledem na ověření jejich působnosti ve společnosti ČEZ, a.s.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor theses is the effectiveness of motivation procedures in the ČEZ, Inc. company. Thesis deals with the management and motivation of human resources within the organization and stimulation of individual performance. The work is divided in two parts. First theoretical and the second practical.In the theoretical part I define basic concepts selected motivation theories and motivation strategies. Focus is on tools build on those theories and motivation strategies including employee remuneration. On the end there are described procedures and tool used in the studied company.In the practical part I deal with research focused on utilization and efficiency of the motivation procedures and individual motivation.
