Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá tím, jak paměťové instituce přistupují ke znalostní ekonomice a jak jsou schopné obstát v konkurenčním prostředí poskytovatelů informací. Po vymezení prostředí znalostní ekonomiky se zabývá lidskými zdroji pracujícími v těchto institucích, dále je řešena měnící se role paměťových institucí v kontextu přístupu k vědeckým informacím.
