Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku udržení a zajištění potřebných lidských zdrojů v drážní dopravě. Náročnost na kvalifikaci a odbornost zaměstnanců přímo specifikuje zákon č. 266/1994 Sb., o dráhách, v platném znění a vnitřní předpisy provozovatelů drážní dopravy. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of maintaining and securing the necessary human resources in rail transport. The demands on the qualifications and expertise of employees are specified in Act No. 266/1994 Coll., about railways, as amended, and internal regulations of railway transport operators.
