Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současný stav nástrojů ochrany životního prostředí ve stavebním řízení. Autor se zaměřil především na podrobné vymezení postavení a činnosti stavebních úřadů, dalších orgánů hájících veřejné zájmy a ostatních účastníků řízení.
