Tato práce se zaměřuje na produkci výběrové kávy v Kolumbii a její kvalitativní prezentaci na českém trhu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. This work is focused on the production of fine coffee in Colombia and its qualitative presentation on the Czech market. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts.
