Práce se zabývá procesem získávání nových zaměstnanců v obchodní společnosti AUTO-Tech Vinoř, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a aplikační. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy pracovněprávních vztahů, přijímání a adaptace zaměstnanců. The Bachelor thesis focuses on hiring procedure of new employees in the automotive company AUTO-Tech Vinoř, s.r.o. It consists of initial theoretical background and practical application in the selected company. Within the theoretical part all fundamental concepts and terms of labour-law aspects, hiring and employees´ adaptation are listed.
