Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na restenózy v koronárních stentech, vzniklé v důsledku proliferace neointimy koronárních tepen nebo neoaterosklerotických změn. Teoretická část obsahuje stručný přehled o ateroskleróze, dále rozebírá ischemickou chorobu srdeční, vyzdvihuje problematiku stentů a část je věnována restenózám v koronárních stentech. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on intracoronary stent restenosis caused by intracoronary neointima proliferation or atherosclerosis. First part of this work focuses on the overview about the atherosclerosis, ischemic heart disease, coronary stents and intracoronary stent restenosis.
