Foreign language elements in the Czech text

Abstract:

Cílem naší práce je zjistit, v jaké míře a v jakých jazycích můžeme najít cizojazyčné prvky v českém odborném textu. Konkrétně v textu o filmovém umění v období od šedesátých let do současnosti. Jako výchozí zdroj jsme si zvolili odborný časopis Film a doba. V teoretické části jsme si ujasnili některé pojmy, kterými jsme se později zabývali, a také jsme si připomněli historické události, v souvislosti se změnami v jazyce, které ho mohly v té době ovlivnit. V části praktické jsme si poté blíže představili zvolený časopis a věnujeme se zde konkrétním cizojazyčným prvkům, které jsme si pro porovnávání vybrali. V našem případě se jedná o cizojazyčné lexémy a filmové tituly.

Abstract:

The aim of our work is to determine to what extent and in which languages we can find foreign language elements in the Czech text, specifically in the text about film art from the sixties to the present. As the source, we chose Film a doba magazine. In the theoretical part, we clarified some of the terms that we later deal with and also we reminded historical events related to changes in language, which could influence it at the time. In the practical part, we introduced the chosen magazine in a closer look, and we follow up the specific foreign-language elements we have chosen for the comparison. In our case these are foreign language lexemas and film titles.
