Abstract:
This thesis deals with measurements of heart rate and ventilation levels during Spinning lessons. Its goal is to deliver particular data of possible energy intensity of Spinning for human organism. In the prologue the existing theoretical knowledge about Spinning, including Spinning lessons equipment or so-called energy zones, is summarized.
