Tato práce pojednává o judikatuře Ústavního soudu České republiky ve věcech práv uprchlíků a jejich ochrany. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na mezinárodní a unijní prameny těchto práv, jejich význam, povahu a jejich promítnutí do vnitrostátního práva. This thesis deals with the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in matters of refugees' rights and their protection. Special emphasis is placed upon the international and European sources of the rights, their significance, nature and their reflection into national law.
