Abstract:

Cílem práce je návrh a vytvoření funkčního prototypu robotického ramene. V první teoretické části je přiblíženo vše, co se robotických ramen tyká, stejně tak jako vše, co je použito k vytvoření funkčního prototypu. Konkrétně jsou to robotická ramena, CAD systémy hlavně Autodesk Inventor, 3D tisk, servomotory a vše kolem Arduina. Druhá, praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní návrh a konstrukci 3D součástí robotického ramene v programu Autodesk Inventor a jejich následné sestavení ve funkční 3D model. Dále nahrání všech 3D modelů do 3D tiskárny, její nastavení a následná tvorba/tisk všech součástí robotického ramene. Vytisknuté součásti spojeny s programovatelnými servomotory a sestaveny ve skutečný prototyp ramene. Následné zapojení servomotorů do obvodu ovládaného Arduino deskou, na kterou je nahrán ovládací kód z programu v počítači.

Abstract:

The goal of the work is the design and creation of a functional prototype of a robotic arm. In the first theoretical part, everything related to robotic arms is explained, as well as everything that is used to create a functional prototype. Specifically, they are robotic arms, CAD systems mainly Autodesk Inventor, 3D printing, servomotors and everything related to Arduino. The second, practical part is focused on the specific design and construction of 3D parts of the robotic arm in the Autodesk Inventor program and their subsequent assembly into a functional 3D model. Furthermore, the uploading of all 3D models to the 3D printer, its settings and the subsequent creation/printing of all parts of the robotic arm. Printed parts connected to programmable servo motors and assembled into a real arm prototype. Connecting the servo motors to the circuit controlled by the Arduino board, on which the control code from the computer program is loaded.
