Analysis of Bulding Savings

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce Analýza stavebného sporenia je analýza vývoja stavebného sporenia a vysvetlenie jeho podstaty. Práca je zameraná na zmapovanie trhu stavebného sporenia v R, posúdenie ako sa tento produkt za 13 rokov udomácnil v R a odhalenie jeho niektorých nedostatkov. Práca sa tiež venuje novelám pôvodného zákona o stavebnom sporení, ktoré boli v R prijaté a o tieto jednotlivé novely priniesli. Je tu tiež predstavená ponuka jednotlivých stavebných sporitení a oakávaný vývoj produktu stavebného sporenia v R. Pozornos je venovaná aj bytovej politike v R a vplyvu stavebného sporenia na HDP, štátny rozpoet a infláciu. V závere sú nartnuté možnosti mladého loveka pri riešení svojich bytových potrieb a stavební sporenie je zobrazené ako jedna z týchto možností.

Abstract:

The subject of my master thesis Analysis of Saving Buildings is the analysis of saving buildings and the explanation of its fundamentals. This work specializes on mapping of the market of saving housing in CR. It is attempting to review, how this financial product has settled down in 13 years of its existence and open up some of its disadvantages. The work concerns also the changes that were brought with the amendments of the original act of Saving Building. The work contains a compilation of the particular offer of the Czech building and loan associations and focuses on the future development of the saving buildings in Czech republic. The attention is given to housing policy in CR and to the effect of the saving buildings on the GDP, public budget and inflation. In the end of this work is a summary of possibilities for a young person how to obtain funds for building and the saving buildings is represented as one of them.
