Reactive magnetron sputtering of AlOx/AlN composite thin films and investigation their feature

Abstract:

Tato práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s výsledky experimentů při přípravě kompozitních tenkých vrstev Al-O-N metodou reaktivního magnetronového naprašování s pulzním napouštěním plynu. Pro účely této práce byly připraveny dvě série vzorků u nichž byly následně vyšetřovány mechanické a optické vlastnosti. Ze získaných dat byly poté odvozeny podmínky a depoziční parametry pro přípravu vrstev s požadovanými vlastnostmi.

Abstract:

This thesis reports on the results of experiments of preparation of composite Al-O-N thin films prepared by the reactive magnetron sputtering using the pulsed oxygen flow. Two series of samples were prepared and their mechanical and optical features were evaluated. Obtained experimental data helped to set the proper deposition conditions for the films with required properties.
