Bakalářská práce teoreticko-empirického charakteru se zaměřuje na charakteristiky ideálního učitele mateřské školy z pohledu rodičů. V teoretické části jsou vymezena stěžejní teoretická východiska týkající se osobnosti učitele mateřské školy a vztahu mateřské školy a rodiny. The bachelor's thesis of a theoretical-empirical nature focuses on the characteristics of an ideal preschool teacher from the parents' point of view. The theoretical part defines the basic theoretical background concerning the personality of the preschool teacher and the relationship between a preschool education and a family.
