Macrofungi of alder forests in south Moravia

Abstract:

V první části předkládané diplomové práce se věnuji poznání diverzity hub a složení mykobioty olšových porostů na jižní Moravě. Terénní část prací, v níž jsem na 21 trvalých plochách pořizovala soupisy druhů a sbírala v terénu obtížně determinovatelné houby, probíhala v sezonách 2012–2013. Mikroskopicky jsem determinovala 1301 položek, jež budou uloženy herbáři Masarykovy univerzity (BRNU). Celkem zde bylo zjištěno 394 taxonů makromycetů, druhově nejbohatší plocha jich hostila 104, nejchudší 48. Zaznamenala jsem zde 33 taxonů zapsaných v Červeném seznamu hub České republiky a dva zákonem chráněné, přičemž v případě nálezu Loweomyces fractipes jde o první doložený výskyt druhu na našem území. Na plochách jsem zaznamenala také druhové složení cévnatých rostlin, které spolu s klimatickými a geografickými charakteristikami prostředí byly základem pro další ekologické analýzy. V druhé části práce jsem na základě excerpce herbářových údajů zjišťovala rozšíření čtyř ohrožených mykorhizních druhů v ČR, a to Amanita friabilis, Gyrodon lividus, Lactarius lilacinus a Russula alnetorum. Ze zpracovaných dat s připojenými vlastními nálezy z první části práce byly vytvořeny mapy rozšíření druhů a porovnány s mapovým výstupem nálezové databáze AOPK ČR.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to describe and interpret variability of fungal communities in black alder (Alnus glutinosa) forests of South Moravia. 21 permanent plots were established and searched for fungal fruitbodies in the years 2012-2013. Over 1300 specimens of macromycetes were collected and preserved for further study. These samples were microscopically analysed and will be deposited in the herbarium of the Masaryk University (BRNU). In total, 394 taxa were found. Number of fungal taxa ranged between 48 and 104 per plot. Two taxa protected by law and 33 from the Red List of Macromycetes of the Czech Republic were found. Loweomyces fractipes was documented for the very first time in the territory of the Czech Republic. The floristic data (vascular plants) were also recorded on the permanent plots. Together with the climatic and geographic characteristics of the environment they were the basis for further ecological analyzes. The second part of the diploma thesis is based on the assessment of distribution of four endangered mycorrhizal species – Amanita friabilis, Gyrodon lividus, Lactarius lilacinus and Russula alnetorum – in the Czech Republic. Data for this purpouse were request from the Czech herbaria and supplemented with data from the first part of the thesis to create distribution maps of the species.
