Práce se zabývá strategickým plánem rozvoje města Rožnova pod Radhoštěm. Cílem práce je popsat, z čeho se skládá strategický plán, a charakterizovat jeho problémové oblasti. Pomocí sestavy plnění strategického plánu rozvoje města z programu ATTIS a mapových výstupů z programu ArcGIS se následně popíše, jak je plněný, a také, do kterých částí města se investovalo nejvíce financí. This thesis deals with the strategic development plan of the town Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The aim of this thesis is to describe what constitutes a strategic development plan and describe its problematic areas. Thestrategic development plan from the ATTIS software and the map inputs from ArcGIS will be used to describe the fulfilment of the plan and the parts of the town that were invested in.
