Physical fitness assessments of 7th 8th and 9th grade pupils with FITNESSGRAM test battery
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na testování tělesné zdatnosti žáku 7., 8., a 9.tříd. K testování jsme použili testovou baterii FITNESSGRAM. Testovali jsme tělesné složení, antropometrické ukazatele, aerobní kapacitu, svalovou sílu a vytrvalost a flexibilitu. Naše výsledky jsme porovnali s výsledky stejně starých chlapců z USA.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused at testing the physical fitness of 7th, 8th, and 9th pupils.For testing was used FITNESSGRAM test battery. We tested the body composition, anthropometric characteristics, aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance and flexibility. Our results were compared with results of the same old boys from the USA.
