This thesis deals with analysis of political discourses which was presented during the presidential elections in France in 2012 and in Czech Republic in 2013. The corpus of this work are an inauguration discourse of French president François Hollande and an inauguration speech of Czech president Miloš Zeman. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou politických projevů přednesených v prezidentských volbách ve Francii roce 2012 a v České Republice v roce 2013. Korpusem práce je inaugurační projev francouzského prezidenta François Hollanda a inaugurační projev českého prezidenta Miloše Zemana. Zejména se jedná o analýzu rétorickou.
