Abstract:
Práce se zabývá optimalizací metody pro stanovení methylrtuti a fenylrtuti. Metoda je následně použita pro stanovení obsahu obou specií ve vzorcích kontaminovaných půd.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the method optimization for the determination of methylmercury and phenylmercury. This method is then used for the determination of content of both species in the samples of contaminated soils.
