Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením katastru nemovitostí jeho zásad, orgánů a katastrálním řízením. Práce je zaměřena na vkladové řízení o povolení návrhu na vklad. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny změny právní úpravy v oblasti katastru nemovitostí.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the demarcation of cadastre of real estate, its principles, organs and cadastral management. The thesis is focused on the deposit procedure on the permit for proposal of the deposit. At the end of the thesis are the changes in the legal regulation in the area of real estate cadastre are evaluated.
