Předmětem diplomové práce je optimalizace distribuce KEG sudů s pivem. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu distribuce navrhnout optimalizační model pro podnik DUDÁK – Měšťanský pivovar Strakonice a.s. tak, aby byly minimalizovány celkové náklady na přepravu, na závěr porovnat stav před optimalizací a po optimalizaci a zhodnotit dosažené výsledky. The subject of this diploma thesis is the optimization of the beer kegs distribution.
