Abstract:
Obsahem mé bakalářské práce je téma návrat z rodičovské dovolené na pracovní trh. Cílovou skupinou mé práce jsou ženy. Bude se jednat o teoreticko - aplikační výzkum. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit příčiny, proč se ženy neujaly na trhu práce během šesti měsíců po uplynutí rodičovské dovolené. I have chosen a return to labor market after completing a maternity leave as the topic of this bachelor thesis. Targeted segment of this research are women. This research is both theoretical and applied.
