Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou a návrhom legislatívneho helpdesku. V práci sú popísané hlavné user stories, ktoré pokrývajú informačnú architektúru, tiketovací systém, katalóg postupov, katalóg služieb, výkladový slovník, znalostnú bázu, riadenie udalostí, dokumentáciu riadenia problémov, dokumentáciu riadenia zmien a administračné funkcie.
