Impact of Registration of Sales on public finances
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá charakteristikou správy daní s ohledem na daňové úniky a nástroje, které stát proti nim používá. Hlavní část se zabývá Elektronickou evidencí tržeb, jejím teoretickým popisem a zejména analýzou jejího vlivu na inkaso vybraných daní. Zároveň je také posuzována aktivita státu při kontrole dodržování zákona o EET.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the characteristics of tax administration with respect to tax evasion together with tools, which the State uses to fight them. The main part concerns the Electronic Registration of Sales, its theoretical description and particularly the analysis of its impact on collection of selected taxes.
