Plasmachemical surface activation of glass by surface discharge in air at atmospheric pressure
Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo zjistit účinnost povrchové aktivace SiO2 plazmatem. Skleněné vzorky byly opracovány v povrchovém bariérovém výboji a poté u nich byla pomocí regresních metod teorií OWRK a Acid/base stanovena hodnota volné povrchové energie a jejích jednotlivých složek. Abstract:
Main purpose of this work was determining efficiency of surface activation of SiO2 using plasma. Glass samples were treated in barrier discharge and afterwards were specified degree of surface free energy, using regression methods of the theory OWRK and Acid/base.
