Cílem této práce je přístupným způsobem zavést základní struktury a vlastnosti persistentní homologie a demonstrovat je na aplikaci. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to present in an accessible way the basic structures and properties of the theory of persistent homology and demonstrate them in an application. In the first chapter we define the necessary tools, such as persistent homology groups, persistent diagrams and the persistence algorithm, along with the ideas behind these concepts.
