Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice sexuálního zneužívání dětí v České republice a v Německu. Zabývá se vymezením základních pojmů spojených s touto problematikou, jsou zde popsány charakteristické znaky pachatelů a obětí a právní aspekty pohlavního zneužívání. Abstract:
This master thesis devotes to the issue of sexual abuse of children in the Czech Republic and Germany. It deals with fundamental concepts associated with this issue; here are the described salient characteristics of offenders and victims, and legal aspects of sexual abuse.
