Hlavným predmetom tejto práce je zanalyzovať životný príbeh športovca Jána Zacharu, a to na základe biodromálneho psychologického prístupu. Na teoretickej rovine sa venujeme pohľadom autorov na koncept biodromálnej psychológie, kde podstatnú úlohu zohráva životná cesta človeka.
