Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zaměřit se na možnosti zvyšování výkonnosti zaměstnanců, zvláště na vliv pozitivní motivace, která má – jak bylo zjištěno na základě teoretických poznatků – schopnost udržovat a zlepšovat pracovní výkon. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze different metods and systems used for evaluation of employees based on teoretical knowledge from the area of employees motivation, like basic theories and motivational tools.
