Abstract:

Předkládaná práce je prací empirickou, která navazuje na výzkum pana Bc. Tomasze Gierczuszkiewicze v oblasti využití konceptu duchovního posouzení podle D. R. Hodge v prostředí české sociální práce, konkrétně u osob bez domova. Tato práce pak zkušební použití tohoto konceptu zkoumá u cílové skupiny seniorů v pobytových sociálních službách. Teoretická část práce je nejprve věnována stručné obecné charakteristice cílové skupiny seniorů a poté jsou uváděna specifika seniorů v pobytových službách. V další části práce již, opět stručně, jsou popsány metody (nástroje) vytvořené D. R. Hodgem pro použití konceptu duchovního posouzení. Empirická kvalitativní část (responzivní evaluace) je věnována popisu zvolené metodologie a dále samotnému zkušebnímu použití konceptu duchovního posouzení podle D. R. Hodge u seniorů v pobytové službě Domov pro seniory Pohoda Bruntál, včetně vyhodnocení získaných dat. Práce je primárně určena všem sociálním pracovníkům (i studentům toho oboru), zvláště pracovníkům pracujícím v pobytových sociálních službách domovy pro seniory.

Abstract:

The work presented here is an empirical thesis that follows research conducted by Mr. Bc. Tomasz Gierczuszkiewicz in the area of application of spiritual assessment concept by D.R. Hodge in the environment of Czech social work, especially concerning the homeless. This thesis examines a trial use of the concept within a target sample of senior clients of social residential services. First, the theoretical part of the thesis includes brief general characteristics of the target group of seniors, then it includes specific features of the seniors using the residential services. Second part of the thesis, again in short, describes relevant methods (tools) developed by D.R. Hodge for application of spiritual assessment concept. Empirical qualitative part (responsive evaluation) is focused on description of the methodology and also the trial usage of the spiritual assessment concept by D.R. Hodge implied in Domov pro seniory Pohoda Bruntál (Home for Seniors Pohoda Bruntál), including evaluation of acquired data. The thesis is primarily intended for all social workers (and also relevant students), especially workers employed in social residential services – homes for the elderly.
