Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj úpadkového práva, analýzu skutečného chování právních subjektů, rozbor nedostatků právní normy, analýzu nežádoucích účinků právní normy a analýzu rozsahu konfliktů a sporů vzniklých na základě právní normy.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the development of insolvency law, analyzing the actual behavior of legal entities, analysis of the shortcomings of legal norms, analysis of adverse effects of legal rules and analysis of the extent of conflicts and disputes arising out of legal norms.
