Cílem práce je vymezit význam fóra v rozhodčím řízení a porovnat jej s jednou ze základních arbitrálních zásad – tj. autonomií vůle. Úvod práce je věnován vymezení sudiště a uvedené zásady. The aim of this thesis is to define the importance of the forum in the arbitration and compare it with one of the fundamental arbitration principles – i.e. the autonomy of will. The beginning of this work deals with the definition of the case site and the mentioned priciple.
