The International Criminal Court and the European Union
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl odpovědět na otázku, zda a jak členské státy Evropské unie podporují Mezinárodní trestní soud. Práce zpočátku pojednává o tom, jak se členské státy Evropské unie zasloužily o vznik MTS a do jaké míry podporují jeho chod. V závěrečné části práce pojednává o problémových státech, které do určité míry narušily jeho chod (USA, Česká republika).
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to answer the question whether and how the members states of European Union supported the International criminal court. Work initially discusses how the member states has created the ICC and to what degree they supported its running. The final part deals with the problem countries which in some detail affected its work (USA, the Czech republic).
