Abstract:
V bakalářské práci jsme se zaměřili na rozdíly v kvalitě a pestrosti stravy podávané ve školních jídelnách. V teoretické části se věnujeme čtyřem hlavním kapitolám. Zabýváme se historií a současností školního stravování. Podrobněji představíme projekt Zdravá školní jídelna a seznámíme s jeho jednotlivými kritérii. Abstract:
This bachelor's work is concentrated on the differences in the quality and variety of the food which is served in school canteens. There are four principal chapters in the theoretical part of the work. We deal with the school catering history and present.
