Diplomová práca sa zaoberá predpokladmi uplatnenia cash poolingu v podniku a jeho výhodami pre podnik. Teoretická časť sa venuje vymedzeniu banky a jej činnosti, podniku, finančnému manažmentu, cash managementu a následne cash poolingu.
