Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu firemní kultury a vztahu mezi firemní kulturou a work-life balance v organizaci. První část práce se věnuje charakteristice firemní kultury, zahrnující historický vývoj konceptu, klíčové složky, proces budování a význam vedení. Druhá část se soustředí na roli firemní kultury v organizaci a zkoumá její vliv na zaměstnance a typy firemních kultur. Následující část práce je věnována problematice work-life balance, zahrnující historii a vývoj konceptu, důležitost pro fyzické a duševní zdraví zaměstnanců. V poslední části jsou analyzovány faktory ovlivňující work-life balance, jako jsou pracovní doba, pracovní podmínky, rodinné a osobní závazky a vliv technologií a digitálního světa. Praktická část diplomové práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Analytická část prezentuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu provedeného formou rozhovorů, zaměřeného na firemní kulturu a work-life balance v organizaci. Návrhová část poskytuje konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení firemní kultury a work-life balance na základě získaných poznatků. Díky tomu bude tato práce přínosná pro manažery, personální oddělení a všechny zainteresované subjekty, kteří chtějí porozumět, jak firemní kultura ovlivňuje pracovní prostředí a harmonii mezi pracovním a osobním životem zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of corporate culture and the relationship between corporate culture and work-life balance in the organization. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics of corporate culture, including the historical development of the concept, key components, the building process and the importance of leadership. The second part focuses on the role of corporate culture in the organization and examines its effect on employees and types of corporate cultures. The following part of the thesis is devoted to work-life balance, including the history and development of the koncept and the importance for the physical and mental health of employees. In the last part, factors affecting work-life balance are analyzed, such as working hours, working conditions, family and personal commitments and the influence of technology and the digital world. The practical part of the thesis is divided into two parts. The analytical part presents the results of qualitative research conducted in the form of interviews, focused on corporate culture and work-life balance in the organization. The design part provides specific suggestions for improving company culture and work-life balance based on the knowledge gained. As a result, this work will be beneficial for managers, HR departments and all stakeholders who want to understand how corporate culture affects the work environment and harmony between the work and personal lives of employees.
