Přechod nebezpečí dle Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží

Passing of Risk under the UN Convention on Contrats for the International Sale of Goods
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přechodu nebezpečí škody, ztráty či zničení zboží. Rozebrána bude jednak Úmluva OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží v dotčených ustanoveních, ale také International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS) ve znění jejich poslední revize z roku 2010. Cílem práce je jednak analýza úpravy obou norem, ale také jejich srovnání.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with issue of passing of risk of accidental loss and deterioration of goods. The aim of this thesis is to analyze provision of articles 66 – 70 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods which regulate provision dedicated to transfer of risk of loss and deterioration of goods.
