Setting up plans and budgets in a specific company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na sestavení plánů a rozpočtů v konkrétním podniku, který se zabývá robotickou automatizací procesů. Cílem práce je sestavit dílčí plány a rozpočty a na jejich základě zpracovat hlavní podnikový rozpočet. V první části práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky a vývojové tendence v této oblasti. Praktická část nejprve představuje základní informace o podniku a popisuje současný stav řešení. Po provedené analýze výnosů a nákladů byly sestaveny jednotlivé plány a rozpočty. Nakonec je sestavena rozpočtová výsledovka, rozpočet peněžních toků a rozpočtová rozvaha.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on drawing up plans and budgets in a specific company which deals with robotic process automation. The main objective of the proposed paper is to draw up partial plans and budgets on the basis of which the main company budget is worked out. The first part of the thesis sheds some light on the related theoretical framework and the development trends in this area. The practical part introduces basic information about the company and describes the current state of a possible solution. After carrying out the analysis of profits and expenses, particular plans and budgets were drawn up. In the end, the budget statement, cash flow budget and budgeted balance sheet were elaborated, too.
