The position of women in the Japanese labour market
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se budu zabývat postavením žen na japonském trhu práce. Porovnám jejich pozici se zbytkem světa a pokusím se identifikovat, co jsou největší potíže kterým čelí. Dále se budu věnovat právní ochraně žen a opatřeními, která měla jejich pozici zlepšit. V poslední kapitole pak budu řešit reflexi termínu womenomika v médiích. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis I will examine the status of women in the Japanese labour market. I will compare their position to the rest of the world and try to identify what are the biggest difficulties they face today. I will also look into the legal protection of women and the measures that have been taken to improve their position. In the last chapter I will then research the reflection of the term …more
