Bakalářská práce ze zabývá vývojovými stadii trestné činnosti. Rozebírá současně platnou právní úpravu pokusu, přípravy a dokonaného trestného činu. Dále se zabývá historií právních úprav problematiky vývojových stadií od roku 1918 do současnosti. Ze zahraničních úprav si autor k rozboru vybral úpravu anglickou, kde hovoří o pojmu tzv. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with questions of stages of development of a crime. It analyses recently valid law enactment of attempt, preparatory and finished crime. Further the thesis deals with the history of the enactment of the stages of development since 1918 to presence.
