Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení stavu rezistence slunéčka východního (Harmonia axyridis Pallas, 1773) k vybraným druhům účinných látek insekticidů. Testovány byly účinné látky cypermethrin, chlorpyrifos, indoxacarb, lambda-cyhalotrin a tau-fluvalinate dle metodiky IRAC. Testována byla pouze imaga. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was an assessment of resistance to selected insecticide active ingredients in Harlequin ladybird (Harmonia axyridis Pallas, 1773). Effects of active ingredients cypermethrin, chlorpyrifos, indoxacarb, lambda-cyhalotrin and tau-fluvalinate were studied accordingly to IRAC test methods.
