Healthy Dining in the Current Society

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zdravé životosprávy a specifika stravování jedinců s různými dietami a potravinovými intolerancemi. Zdravé stravování v dnešním světě začíná růst na popularitě, avšak jen málokdo tuší, co se pod tímto pojmem skrývá. Cílem je identifikovat specifika ve stravování vybraných skupin osob se zaměřením na vybrané typy diet a intolerancí jedinců. Dotazník se skládá ze čtrnácti otázek, přičemž převládaly otázky uzavřené. Otázky jsou zaměřeny jednak na pohlaví a věk respondentů, dále zkoumají vztah respondenta k zdravému životnímu stylu, poruchám stravování nebo potravinovým intolerancím. Celkem na dotazník odpovědělo 126 respondentů. Z výsledků vyplývá, že 58 % respondentů si vyzkoušelo nějakou dietu nebo stravovací směr. Téměř polovina respondentů (45 %) má osobní zkušenost s poruchou přijmu potravy nebo znají někoho z bezprostředního okolí, kdo s touto poruchou bojuje. Nejčastějším důvodem pro vyzkoušení jakékoli diety nebo stravovacího směru je snaha o hubnutí, což potvrdila více než polovina respondentů (51 %). Na základě získaných výsledků lze konstatovat, že problematika zdravé životosprávy a stravování je v současné době velmi aktuální. Lidé projevují zájem o různé diety a stravovací směry, přičemž jejich motivací je často snaha o zlepšení svého zdraví a dosažení ideální váhy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of healthy lifestyle and specifics of eating of individuals with different diets and food intolerances. Healthy eating is starting to grow in popularity in today's world, but few people know what is hidden under this term. The aim is to identify the specifics in the diet of selected groups of people, focusing on selected types of diets and food intolerances of individuals. The questionnaire consists of fourteen questions, with closed questions predominating. The questions focus on the gender and age of the respondents, as well as explore the respondent's attitude towards healthy lifestyle, eating disorders or food intolerances. A total of 126 respondents answered the questionnaire. The results show that 58% of respondents had tried a diet or dietary direction. Almost half of the respondents (45%) have personal experience with an eating disorder or know someone in their immediate environment who struggles with an eating disorder. The most common reason for trying any diet or eating pattern is to lose weight, which was confirmed by more than half of the respondents (51%). Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the issue of healthy living and eating is very topical at the moment. People show interest in different diets and dietary guidelines, often motivated by the desire to improve their health and achieve an ideal weight.
