Abstract:

Magisterská práce se zabývá zaváděním standardů kvality sociálních služeb a jejich aplikací do praxe pečovatelské služby. Stěžejním tématem celé práce je poskytování služeb v nejvyšší kvalitě pro uživatele, ochrana jejich práv a svobod při poskytování péče, lidský přístup a podpora setrvání uživatele co nejdéle v jeho přirozeném prostředí. Práce je věnována vedle standardů také metodice pracoviště a pracovním postupům.Z pohledu sociálního pedagoga se práce zabývá problematikou personálního a organizačního zajištění pečovatelské služby, kvalifikací a celoživotním vzděláváním pracovníků.V neposlední řadě se týká otázek etiky v pomáhajících profesích a etickým kodexem pracovníků v sociálních službách.

Abstract:

A master's thesis is concerned with the establishing of the social services' quality standards and their application to the practice in the community care service. The main topic of the thesis is providing of the high quality services for their users, protection of users' rights in the process of providing of the care services, human approach and full support for users's ability to stay in their natural environment. Besides of the quality standards, the thesis deals with a methodology of the workplace and the operation procedures. From the social educator's point of view the thesis deals with the issues of the human resources and organizational securing of the care service, qualifications and lifelong learning of the workers. The last but not least, it deals with the ethic in the supporting professions and with an ethical code of workers in the social services.
