The risk analysis of help to victims of domestic violence

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rizik pomoci obětem domácího násilí v rámci policie a odboru sociálních věcí. V první části práce je charakterizováno domácí násilí a analýza rizik jako pojmy, popis organizací a institucí zajišťující pomoc obětem domácího násilí, popis možné pomoci a míra domácího násilí v České republice. Druhá část bakalářské práce se zabývá specifikací možných rizik, vzniklých při pomoci policie a odboru sociálních věcí, včetně jejich SWOT analýzy a vlivů výše uvedených orgánů veřejné zprávy. Výzkumná část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření o povědomí veřejnosti na téma domácí násilí a možnostech pomoci. Výstupem je doporučení možných opatření ke snížení rizik.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the risks of helping victims of domestic violence within the police and the Department of Social Affairs. The first part of the thesis characterizes domestic violence and risk analysis as concepts, a description of organizations and institutions providing assistance to victims of domestic violence, a description of possible assistance and the level of domestic violence in the Czech Republic. The second part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the specification of possible risks at the help of the police and the Department of Social Affairs, including their SWOT analysis and the influences of the above-mentioned public administration bodies. The research part contains a questionnaire survey on public awareness on the topic of domestic violence and opportunities for assistance. The output is a recommendation of possible measures to reduce risks.
