Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na teorii informovaného souhlasu, na jeho právní ukotvení, obecné rysy, formu a náležitosti a také na problematiku komunikace v souvislosti s informovaným souhlasem. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part focuses on the theory of informed consent, his legal anchor, general features, the form and the terms and also on the issue of communication in connection with informed consent.
