Abstract:
Trest na cti byl v minulosti součástí systému trestů udělovaných za delikty. Jeho udělení způsobovalo ztrátu nebo omezení cti, se kterými byly spojeny významné následky právní i sociální. Osoba takovým trestem potrestaná byla vyloučena z právního i společenského života a její návrat byl prakticky nemožný. Abstract:
The punishment on the honor of the person was once a part of system of punishments imposed for offences. Its imposition led to the loss or limitation of honor, which were associated with significant legal and social consequences.
