Abstract:
Teoretická východiska prohlášení konkursu a vyrovnání, nástin historického vývoje konkursního řízení, konkursní podstata v české právní úpravě. Analýza průběhu konkursního řízení, účetní a daňové dopady konkursního řízení, návrhy postupů řešení správcem konkursní podstaty. Insolvenční zákon, základní odlišnosti od dosud platné úpravy, modelové řešení úpadku fyzické osoby oddlužením.
